BIG 3 - Live on Pay Per View
IZOD CENTER - NEWARK, NJ

Welcome to the North American Wrestling Alliance's Pay-Per-View:
BIG 3 - May 5th, 2008

A Child's Warning: [Part 1]

[A total eclipse consumes your window to the world as the little girl's voice we heard on BACW's TVMA crackles over the loudspeakers. Summoning the demons from lives once passed, this aberration queries one of our most accomplished members of NAWA. Her cryptic message is both delicate and deadly.]

Voice: Did I make the wrong choice Eric?

[The voice continues, as the all Seeing Eye replaces her pale complexion with that of something so black, it turns your very bowels.]

Voice: Here I was thinking that the great Eric Dane was going to be walking into this Pay-Per-View as the number one contender to the NAWA world heavyweight title...

[The all Seeing Eye rapidly toggles between itself and a photo Eric Dane who is shown wearing the World Heavyweight title.]

Voice: Don't you miss being this person Eric? Don't you miss being the person who commanded the respect of everyone around you? Surely you miss the sense of accomplishment?

[Without color, we flip through the annals of time, visiting Eric Dane on each of these monumental moments. Title after title! Win after win! And accolade after accolade. The history is not only long, but absolutely awe inspiring.]

Voice: I mean just look at what you've missed out on Eric. You had the opportunity to walk away from this Pay-Per-View as the first ever NAWA World Heavyweight champion. Surely this can't set well with someone as talented as the great Eric Dane?

[The previous black and white photos of Dane are now replaced by color ones. These show Dane wearing WWA World gold. He looks so happy, so confident, so strong...]

Voice: Or how about this picture of you Eric Dane? Look at you, the WWA World Heavyweight champion. My, my Eric, you still had the wrestling world in the palms of your hands didn't you? Came and went as you pleased... Pretty much were able to do whatever you wanted, and still commanded the respect of peers.

[Rapid fire all three world championship belts in alternating fashion from the NWA, to the WWA, and finally the vacant NAWA belt.]

Voice: But I guess those days are over, right? So I guess instead of wasting my breath on you, I need to be aiming at someone who is hungrier. Sloan, Ramblin Man... are you the feast for my ravenous famine?

[Pictures of the two contenders slide into the middle from both the right and left covering up Dane's smiling face. They shatter leaving a shot of Eric Dane grimacing in pain with blood cascading down his face. ]

Voice: Eric. Come with me down memory lane. Hold my tiny hand, and listen to my harsh but honest voice for just a little longer. The reality is, you've gone from being a main event attraction in both the NWA and WWA to having to get past such people as Travis Zahn, and Chris Ross...

[A slight giggle is heard from the little girl who seems to have taken a delight in mentioning those alongside Dane's.]

Voice: ...Just to earn the right to face the *cough* International *cough* title? Eric, after tonight, that "Only Star" moniker that you've carried around for years will have to be changed... that's IF you decided to show up.

[Star swipe to a larger shining star with Dane's face embedded into it. The star begins to rapidly dim until it completely disappears. Is this a foreshadowing of events to come? Not even the voice is quite sure.]

Voice: Twinkle, twinkle falling star, how I wonder just how far...

[Giggles.]

Voice: After tonight, I predict that your career will be no more. So embraced the fact that without Team Danger, you are nothing more than a mediocre has been who reaped the benefits of having a stable at your beckon call whenever things got tough for you.

[Tisk. Tisk. Tisk. Tisk.]

Voice: Or you can prove me wrong... IF YOU CAN...

[The fair haired child giggles once again at the expense of Dane.]

Voice: But enough of you Eric, it's time for me to focus on things that matter; Mike Sloan and Ramblin Man. Fellas, try not to disappoint me like Eric Dane has because I won't take kindly to two dropped balls.

[And just as suddenly as it began, it once again goes. Mysterious and bizarre, the big question left on everyone's mind is now, what will Eric Dane think of this recent attack on his character. This voice must be backed by a legend, but whom? In a few months time we will find out, and Lord help the man who goes by the name of Eric Dane.]
